They are responsible from the Cutting of the initial fabric to packing of the final product. Thus allowing Nizam to Cost-effectively and efficiently manage the entire manufacturing process. Hence resulting in Top Quality Products. Due to our Vertical Set Up; twisting of Yarn, Weaving Fabric, Dyeing/Finishing Fabric, Stitching of end product are all done in our facility in Karachi.
Nizam is very well equipped in the following process: Finishing: Sanforizing, Mercerizing, Peaching,Waterproofing, Fire-Retardency, Anti-Static, Wrinkle-Free etc can all be managed.
Printing: Rotary Printing on our fabrics to ensure to o ensure top quality printing.
Dyeing: All Fabric's are Dyed be it in Sulpher, Reactive or Vat Dyes
